Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, "World Trip Route" mobil uygulamasının (bundan sonra "Uygulama") kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulama, Volkan Kaya tarafından geliştirilmiştir.
1. Topladığımız ve işlediğimiz bilgiler
1.1 Hesap bilgileri. Uygulamayı kullanmak için e-posta adresi ve şifre ile hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Kimlik doğrulama Google Firebase Authentication üzerinden yapılır; şifreniz tarafımızca görülemez. Bu hesap sistemi, aynı geliştiriciye ait "Belge Tarayıcı & PDF" uygulamasıyla ortak kullanılır: aynı e-posta ve şifreyle her iki uygulamaya da giriş yapılabilir. Uygulamaların içerikleri ve abonelikleri birbirinden ayrıdır ve paylaşılmaz.
1.2 Konum. Konum izni verirseniz, konumunuz yalnızca Uygulama açıkken ve yalnızca haritada bulunduğunuz yeri göstermek ve yakınınızdaki yerleri (restoran, kafe) önermek için kullanılır. Yakındaki yer önerileri için konum koordinatları Google Places hizmetine gönderilir. Konumunuz tarafımızca saklanmaz, arka planda takip edilmez. Konum izni vermeden de Uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz.
1.3 Yer aramaları. Arama kutusuna yazdığınız yer adları, sonuç ve yer bilgisi (adres, fotoğraf, puan, açık/kapalı bilgisi) getirilmesi için Google Places hizmetine gönderilir. Bir yerin Google yorumlarını görüntülemeyi seçtiğinizde bu yorumlar da Google Places hizmetinden getirilir. Google'ın bu verileri nasıl işlediği Google Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir.
1.4 Geziler, notlar ve hatırlatmalar. Oluşturduğunuz geziler, eklediğiniz yerler, notlarınız ve rota seçimleriniz cihazınızda saklanır ve ayrıca, farklı cihazlardan erişebilmeniz ve verilerinizi kaybetmemeniz için hesabınızla ilişkili olarak Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) veritabanında tutulur. Bu verilere yalnızca siz, kendi hesabınızla erişebilirsiniz. Hatırlatmalar, cihazınızda zamanlanan yerel bildirimlerdir.
1.5 Gezi paylaşımı. Bir geziyi paylaşmayı seçerseniz, gezinin içeriği (gezi adı, yer adları, adresleri ve konumları) 6 haneli bir paylaşım koduyla Google Firebase veritabanına kaydedilir ve paylaşım metni yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz kişi veya uygulamaya iletilir. Paylaşılan listeyi, kodu bilen ve Uygulamada oturum açmış kişiler görüntüleyip kendi hesaplarına ekleyebilir. Paylaştığınız listeleri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
1.6 Abonelik ve ödemeler. Pro aboneliği satın alma işlemleri Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Kart ve ödeme bilgileriniz tarafımızca görülmez ve saklanmaz. Abonelik durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat hizmeti kullanılır; RevenueCat'e yalnızca anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği ile satın alma ve abonelik bilgileri iletilir.
1.7 Ücretsiz erişim. Geliştirici tarafından ücretsiz Pro erişim tanınan kullanıcıların yalnızca e-posta adresleri, bu erişimi sağlamak amacıyla Google Firebase veritabanında tutulur.
2. Kullanmadığımız şeyler
Uygulamada reklam bulunmaz. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz, üçüncü kişilere satılmaz ve uygulamalar arası izleme (tracking) yapılmaz.
3. Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Google Firebase (hesap ve kimlik doğrulama), Google Maps Platform / Places (yer arama ve bilgileri), RevenueCat (abonelik yönetimi), Apple App Store ve Google Play (ödeme), Apple Haritalar ve Google Haritalar (harita görüntüleme). Bu hizmetler verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler.
4. Saklama süresi ve hesabın silinmesi
Hesap bilgileriniz, hesabınız silinene kadar saklanır. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden Profil > Hesabı sil adımıyla kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; bu işlem hesabınızı, o hesaba ait cihazdaki ve Firebase'deki gezi verilerini siler. Hesap sistemi ortak olduğu için hesabınız aynı geliştiricinin diğer uygulamalarından da silinir. Hesabı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Ayrıntılar için Hesap silme sayfasına bakın.
5. Haklarınız (KVKK)
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini ve silinmesini isteme ile kanunda sayılan diğer haklara sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi aşağıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsiniz. Hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabileceğinden, yukarıda belirtilen veriler yurt dışına aktarılabilir.
6. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

This privacy policy explains how the "World Trip Route" mobile application (the "App") handles personal data. The App is developed by Volkan Kaya.
1. Information we collect and process
1.1 Account information. To use the App you create an account with an email address and password. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we cannot see your password. This account system is shared with "Belge Tarayıcı & PDF", another app by the same developer: the same email and password can be used to sign in to both apps. The content and subscriptions of each app are separate and are not shared.
1.2 Location. If you grant location permission, your location is used only while the App is open, and only to show where you are on the map and to suggest nearby places (restaurants, cafés). For nearby suggestions, coordinates are sent to Google Places. We do not store your location or track it in the background. You can use the App without granting location permission.
1.3 Place searches. Place names you type into the search box are sent to Google Places to return results and place details (address, photo, rating, opening status). When you choose to view a place's Google reviews, those reviews are also retrieved from Google Places. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
1.4 Trips, notes and reminders. Your trips, added places, notes and route selections are stored on your device and, so that you can access them from other devices and don't lose them, also in a Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) database linked to your account. Only you can access this data with your own account. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
1.5 Sharing a trip. If you choose to share a trip, its content (trip name, place names, addresses and locations) is saved in the Google Firebase database under a 6-character share code, and the share text is sent only to the person or app you choose. Anyone who knows the code and is signed in to the App can view the shared list and add it to their own account. You can delete lists you have shared at any time.
1.6 Subscriptions and payments. Pro subscription purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status; it receives only an anonymous user ID together with purchase and subscription information.
1.7 Complimentary access. For users granted complimentary Pro access by the developer, only their email address is stored in a Google Firebase database for that purpose.
2. What we do not do
The App contains no advertising. Your data is not used for advertising, is not sold to third parties, and is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
3. Service providers
Google Firebase (accounts and authentication), Google Maps Platform / Places (place search and details), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple App Store and Google Play (payments), Apple Maps and Google Maps (map display). These services process data under their own privacy policies.
4. Retention and account deletion
Account information is kept until your account is deleted. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the App via Profile > Delete account; this deletes your account and that account's trip data on the device and in Firebase. Because the account system is shared, your account is also removed from the developer's other apps. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. See the Account deletion page for details.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to learn which third parties it has been transferred to. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. Because our service providers may operate servers outside your country, the data described above may be transferred internationally.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
